The following list of locations are a priority for the installation of streetlights in Council District Eight. They have been requested by multiple residents and for some time.
I would appreciate any excess funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program be directed to installing these streetlights.

2. Intersection of Smythe Avenue and West San Ysidro Boulevard
3. On Antares Drive between 1673 &1679 Antares Drive
4. Del Sur Blvd between Beyer Blvd and Shooting Star Drive
5. Block 3200 Spring Garden Place
6. Franklin Ave between 28th and 29th
7. In front of 6262 Vista Santa Clara
8. 5900 block of Vista Santa Catarina
9. Surf Crest Dr between Surtcliff Pt and Sea Water Lane
10. 3165 Valle Avenue
11. 3056 Martina Avenue
12. Grove Avenue between 27th and 25th St
13. 531 Lindbergh Way
14. Intersection of Forest Glen Rd and Picador Blvd
15. Intersection of Hollister St and Grove Ave/Ingrid Ave
16. Leon Avenue
