At the March 2, 2011, Natural Resources & Culture Committee meeting the Mayor's proposal to terminate hold harmless contracts for refuse collection on some private streets within the city was discussed. The committee unanimously approved a motion that included a request that you docket for discussion at the Budget & Finance Committee, prior to April 19th, the financial impacts of the termination or the continuation of the hold harmless contracts on the city's budget.
